Dear FNED 346 Student,

Thinking about the qualities and dispositions that you bring to your work with young 
people is a critical part of becoming a teacher or youth worker.  In FNED 346 
we ask you to self-assess your dispositional qualities, and then we have your 
Service Learning teacher and your faculty member assess you as well.  
These assessments become a marker of your beginning in the journey of 
becoming a teacher of youth worker.

Please email your teacher with this link and ask them to fill out this form for you.

Here is a sample email you could send to your teacher asking him/her to fill this out.
